Prompt service: Items delivered on the following day when using standard shipping!

I was fitted for new pair of Merrell Moab walking boots in store in November 2020. I noticed in January 2021 that the boots were leaking at the toes. I waited until travel restrictions were lifted to return them. They were sent away to be checked and I was told there was wearing inside at the toes making the waterproof warranty invalid. There was sand inside the boots from beach walking which they used as the reason no replacement could be given. I was offered a goodwill gesture of half the money back to buy another new pair. I’m sorry but no way should a pair of £130 boots leak after 2 months and there is no way I will ever cross the threshold of a Tiso store again.. disappointed doesn’t even come close.

The sleeping bag is for our grandson and he was delighted with it and has already used it for a night out in the tent at home. deilvered quickly and updates received prior to delivery which are useful since you can plan your day to fit in.

Nice Bike but estimated Delivery time frame was well out. I live on Mainland Scotland. I was told that my bike would arrive on the Thursday (My Birthday) it did not arrive until the following Wednesday.

Bought trousers and had to send them back straight away as I opened the package and noticed stains on the trousers ! They suppose to be brand new unworn item ! Highly unhappy Also had to arrange my own courier to send them back

Having been given Tiso Gift Vouchers for Christmas I was keen to spend them and visited the site. I had any number of items in my Basket only to find out at the Checkout stage that the website is unable to accept the Gift Vouchers and that they have to be presented In Store! There is nothing on the vouchers that I could see that says anything of the sort. Quite ridiculous.I therefore went back and cancelled all the items in my basket other than the two cheapest ones and checked out.I will be making sure that friends and family DO NOT buy me Tiso Gift Vouchers in future.

The yaktrax are an excellent product. Home delivery was much quicker than expected. Tiso can be a bit more expensive than other retailers, but they usually have things in stock and they are of good quality.
